The most important thing to get a shiny, healthy, beautiful skin color is to control the food you eat. Choosing the best food to nourish your body has a big impact on your skin and appearance. Used in conjunction with natural skin care products and recipes to determine if you have a beautiful and supple skin.

A high luggage diet is miserable for your health and skin. A low-carbohydrate diet is the best food for shiny skin, slowing aging and improving overall health.

As far as possible, exclude sugars, especially fructose from the diet.
Products with high sugar content include soda, sweets, ice cream, cakes, and bread. The fruit is healthy, of course, but it does not eat too much because it contains a lot of sugar.

Why is fructose so bad?
All sugar is very damaging to the skin. One reason is that fructose, especially high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), is metabolized from body to fat much faster than other sugars.

Your soy sauce should have a heavy burden on the metabolism. This is particularly dangerous to promote the type of fat that is collected in the body fat, namely the abdomen, and is associated with body inflammation and skin.

Since most fructose is consumed in liquid form (ie, all kinds of soft drinks), its negative effects are magnified. Sugarcane consumption is associated with acne and other inflammatory skin conditions. High levels of sugar and insulin in the blood can cause many imbalances.

Sugar accelerates the body’s aging process and promotes skin aging!

What should be avoided and eaten for beautiful skin?
It should be noted that regular table sugar has shown that fructose and glucose increase the health and disruptive effects. The main idea here is that all of these sugars contribute to health.

Ideally, you should keep your fructose intake below 15 grams per day. It may not be easy because a banana contains about 7 grams and a cup of dried apricots contains 16 grams of fructose. The idea here is to try to keep current consumption at a minimum. I will not regret this later. These are avoided sugars:

Sucrose (sugar)
Corn syrup
High fructose corn syrup (HFCS)
Crystalline fructose and other high fructose sweeteners
Natural fructose (honey, sugar), which is in the form of fruits, fruit juices and natural sweeteners,
Please exclude products containing processed grains as much as possible. Donuts, white bread, pizza, croissants, muffins, crackers, cakes and pies are all refined wheat flour.

Today, poor bread accounts for about 50% of the American diet and other countries are in a similar situation.

Why should I avoid processed grains?
Refined foods remove most of the beneficial nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. Therefore, the body is dying of essential nutrients, but unnecessary carbohydrates can turn into fat and cause inflammation throughout the body.

Excessive carbohydrates in your diet not only make you fat, but make you stay fat. Usually craving for sweets is often part of this cycle, eating snacks and eating more carbohydrates. When you ingest a large amount of processed grains, you have a similar problem with sugar. Inflammation, acne, acne and other skin problems all have to do with excess carbohydrates in the diet.

Eat more organic vegetables.
If possible, fresh organic vegetables can cause problems with skin and complexion. Vegetables contain many of the nutrients your body needs to maintain health.

What should be avoided and eaten to avoid healthy skin?
Juicing these ingredients is especially good for extracting all the beneficial nutrients. This makes it easier to absorb the body. With juice, you can consume very large amounts of nutrients very efficiently. It makes it easy to add a variety of vegetables to your diet.

And the recipe to try is endless. Therefore, you will be able to drink your favorite juice, your body and skin will yearn for.

Add herbs and supplements to your diet.
