Many people add it to juice or smoothie, or add a spoonful of water and honey. Vinegar can help prevent or alleviate a wide range of problems if taken daily.

  • Relieving acid reflux

Even in the United States, doctors estimate that about seven million people suffer from acid reflux. In general, drugs used to treat reflux by reducing the amount of acid produced by the stomach often cause side effects. Interestingly, many people suffering from refluxes are relieved of vinegar intake. If you have symptoms of acid reflux, it is recommended to drink vinegar and water after meals.

  • digestive aid

The sourness of vinegar also helps people with other digestive problems. It helps to destroy food by increasing the amount of acid in the stomach. This makes it easier for the body to absorb nutrients. Unpasteurized (raw) vinegar is a good source of probiotics to help intestinal health.

Helping healthy blood glucose levels

In a 1988 study in mice, researchers found that vinegar can reduce the blood sugar load of some foods when they are eaten at the same time. The blood glucose load on food measures the effect on blood sugar, the lower the effect is less. This means vinegar can be of value to people with diabetes, insulin resistance or hypoglycemia. According to another study, vinegar helps lower fasting blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes.

Vinegar is not inside the body. Many people use it to prevent adult acne outbreaks. Low pH helps to break down dead skin cells and sebum while balancing the pH of the skin. This helps to keep pores clean and helps to promote growth of skin bacteria to reduce escape. The ast effect of vinegar also helps to tighten loose skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines.

  • Vinegar safety

For most people, vinegar is perfectly safe when eaten as part of a healthy diet. It should always be diluted, as it can cause burns to your throat if taken immediately. It is best to avoid vinegar from touching the teeth. Acidic pH can damage tooth enamel. People with a health condition that affects their blood pH should consult their physician before increasing vinegar intake.

  • How to choose vinegar

As for vinegar, it is not always better to be clear. Clear vinegar is typically heated and filtered to improve appearance. This process removes or destroys some of the beneficial components of raw vinegar like probiotics. For the best results, look for cloudy raw vinegar. There is no reason not to add vinegar to your diet every day because there is all the evidence to support the health benefits of vinegar.
