There is an old saying, “You eat what you eat.” This oral is more true than skin.  A healthy diet is essential to being healthy and young. Taking recently about advantages of healthy food the right diet can take years to get your skin healthy and youthful.

Some foods can damage the appearance of the skin and should not be carefully cut or eaten.

Best food for young, healthy skin
There are some of the best foods you should eat to keep your skin in top condition: yogurt. Yogurt is packed with protein and vitamins, including vitamin A.

Greek yogurt doubles the protein and makes the skin elastic. Eat yogurt moderately and avoid adding too much sugar. Blueberries. This small powerhouse has the most antioxidants every time you eat fruit or berry. Antioxidants protect your skin from free radicals caused by UV and pollution.

This free radical attacks skin cells and damages the skin’s DNA. Antioxidants fight against free radicals and prevent premature aging.

salmon. Fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon are particularly beneficial because they are healthy and young. This fatty acid strengthens the cell membrane of the whole body.
