Breakfast That Melts Body Fat Like Crazy

The Breakfast That Melts Body Fat Like Crazy

If you want to start your day off on a journey to lose weight, spend the best breakfast all day to help burn fat and lose weight is oatmeal. According to a study conducted by BioMed Central, people who consume oatmeal consistently for breakfast have found that they use fewer other simple carbohydrates than those who start the day with less cholesterol and a smaller waist size. Oatmeal keeps you healthy by preventing you from grabbing unhealthy snacks all day long. Some of the many benefits oats have to offer include:

Oatmeal helps you stay longer than other breakfasts. Half a cup of squeezed oats has 5 grams of fiber, which is composed of non-digestible carbohydrates. These unvariable carbohydrates found in oatmeal have beneficial fat burning effects. Fiber increases looseness, delaying emptying the gastrointestinal system, making you feel full. Oatmeal also helps boost the body’s level of appetite-regulating hormone, cholestystin, PubMed’s research report said. Studies show that oatmeal soluble fiber, called beta glucan, when working with a hormone that is a natural appetite suppressant, has the ability to reduce appetite for a longer period of time than other grains.

Cholesterol reduction

Oatmeal can lower LDL cholesterol without affecting HDL levels (good cholesterol). The soluble fiber of oatmeal lowers LDL levels when digested. Digested fiber absorbs LDL cholesterol and becomes sticky in the intestines to prevent absorption. Then, rather than being absorbed into the bloodstream, the body is left with waste.

The serum cholesterol level is known to be lowered by the soluble fiber of oatmeal. This is caused by an increase in bile acid and excretion. Serum cholesterol binds to the bile and is also excreted.

Blood pressure reduction Oatmeal intake reduces systolic and diastolic blood pressure. In a 2002 study reported in The Journal of Family Practice, it was found that eating oatmeal can lower systolic and diastolic blood pressures to 7.5 and 5.5, respectively. The study also showed that the addition of oatmeal in the morning could reduce the risk of developing hypertension.
