Cancer Risk Eating Tips to Lower Your Ovarian

Cancer Risk Eating Tips to Lower Your Ovarian

Early diagnosis of ovarian cancer is difficult because it usually has little or no symptoms at an early stage. Ovarian cancer is at an advanced stage until it is commonly found as a fatal gynecologic cancer. Prevention and early detection are the best weapons for cancer. The only thing you can do in terms of early detection is regular cancer screening. However, there are a number of precautions you can take to prevent ovarian cancer. One of the easiest and most effective ways of prevention is your diet.

1. Avoid Red & Processor

For clarity, this does not mean that you must remove all red meat from your diet. Simply reduce the amount of red meat you consume. Many studies show that a high number of carnivores can greatly increase the likelihood of ovarian cancer. According to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, people who consume meat are twice as likely to develop ovarian cancer than people who do not include meat or fat in their diet.

2. Tea Party

A cup of warm tea is one of the simplest comforts in life. The less known fact is that a car can also be a benefactor of life. Studies conducted as part of a long and comprehensive study show that certain compounds in tea can greatly improve overall health and significantly reduce the risk of ovarian cancer. This compound is known as a flavonoid, and in addition to its ability to fight cancer, it helps strengthen the immune system and reduce inflammation in the body.

This study found that drinking two cups of tea daily reduces the risk of ovarian cancer by an average of 31%. Green tea is also a powerful preventative tool. Green tea contains compounds known as Polyphemus. One such compound has been found to inhibit certain cancers, including ovarian cancer, with epigallocatechin-3-gallate or EGG.

3. Leafy green hug

Leafy vegetables have low calories and many fiber. They help prevent ovarian cancer. Rich nutrients help prevent many types of cancer and prevent heart disease. Calciferous vegetables are packaged in vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals, all of which help fight cancer and improve overall health.

Certain vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli contain compounds known as sulfonamides. Sulfonamides is well known for its anti-cancer properties. Spinach is rich in minerals and contains vitamin K, vitamin D, vitamin A and vitamin E. Spinach also contains a substance called apigenin that combats cancer. Putting spinach in your diet significantly reduces the chance of ovarian cancer. Other powerful anti carcinogenic properties include green, kale, arugula and Brussel bean sprouts.

4. Citrus fruit

Fruits such as oranges, lemons and grapefruits are all citrus. Citrus fruits have been found to contain a lot of flavonoids. Flavonoids are a group of nutrients that show various anti-cancer effects. Flavoring found in citrus have been shown to inhibit the growth and activity of cancer cells in particular. Studies have shown that eating a glass of orange juice daily can lower the incidence of ovarian cancer, but increasing daily intake can have more impact. More research is needed to better understand the potential of citrus in chemo prevention.

5. Sorry Sugar

Cancer likes sugar and its feelings are mutual. Sugar promotes cancer cell growth and provides fuel for tumor growth. Cancer cells take 10 times more sugar than normal healthy cells. Sugar has been shown to inhibit certain immune functions, namely phagocytes. Phlegm action is an important immune response that allows cells to ingest and remove harmful substances and foreign matter. Sugar provides a complete acid environment in which cancer can flourish. Excessive intake of sugar can also contribute significantly to obesity, which is known to increase cancer risk.
