Eating Changes She Made to Cure Endometriosis

Endometriosis is the growth of the uterine wall outside the uterine cavity. This can be extremely painful for women and adolescent girls and can cause high levels of infertility. Many women who suffer from endometriosis find that their condition can be controlled or even stopped by special dietary changes.

This is the case of Angela Kawakimi. Since childhood, Angela has admitted that she does not have a good diet. However, she managed to manage her overall health for years by ingesting more food as well as endometriosis. She started by giving up gluten and consumed almost everything. Angela’s story has inspired many women with that condition. There are various diets that can help endometriosis.

Eat more salads.

Salads have many good things. Salads with dark green lettuce such as spinach, kale or green leaf lettuce are the best. Lettuce is the recommended food for endometriosis. They have more vitamins that can help prevent and reduce inflammation. Inflammation and swelling will make your condition worse. A healthy salad is also a good way to lose weight. Obesity also contributes to endometriosis. Salads are a great way to control your weight by giving more vitamins to your body. And it is certainly one of the main meal changes that women should consider when managing endometriosis.

Cutting gluten can reduce inflammation. This helps with the pain that occurs during the period. This may not be able to cure the disease, but it can help manage the pain without drugs. Replace gluten with healthy carbohydrates and starches such as sweet potato and brown rice. If you cut excess gluten, you may lose weight.

Reducing Sugar Intake Sugar is another giant inflammatory substance.

Sugar not only stimulates endometriosis but also lowers overall health. Drinking or consuming a lot of sugar can cause bowel problems, immune problems, and obesity. I cut the soda and processed the sugar. Only eat sugar from natural sources such as fruit.

Keep it hydrated Maintaining moisture is the easiest way to do for better health. Drinking water helps the body make cells faster and better. This will help replace damaged cells. That is, hydration helps healing. This is important because abnormal growth of the uterine tissue can cause scarring. The sooner the body heals, the less likely it is to infertility.

Studies have shown that humans need to drink half their body temperature each day to maintain their health. A 200 pound person is required to drink 100 ounces of water a day. Only water helps provide a real hydration. Do not drink water or drink coffee or tea.

Ditch Dairy Products

Studies have shown that hormones play a big role in endometriosis. It is helpful to cut off sources of artificial hormones such as dairy products. In fact, some articles claim that cropping animal products can help sort out conditions. This means no milk, cheese or eggs. Depending on the situation, it may mean that there is no meat.

Not all dairy products are the same. If you need dairy products, take artificial hormone-free products. If necessary, replace with bean or nut based products.

No processed food this is important. Processed food contains a lot of artificial chemicals. Eat fresh foods instead of frozen foods or cans. Try new recipes with fresh produce. Processed foods also contain a lot of saturated fat. This contributes to endometrial cysts. Shopping in a healthier food store can eliminate the temptation of processed foods. Test your local market for more regional options.

Vitamin D and C

The study showed a connection between these vitamins and cysts that came to endometriosis. Rats with more vitamins also had less inflammation. This vitamin can be easily ingested. Bell pepper is rich in vitamin C. Wild salmon is high in vitamin D. Fresh fruits and vegetables are the best. It is also important to buy organic food. Insecticides are as harmful as hormones.
